Barrel sleeve top

Possibly one of the best blouses I’ve ever sourced. How can you not fall for those barrel/ ballon sleeves and that gorgeous print!?

This feels handmade, approximately 70s era. 

It’s slightly cropped and has a decorative tie to the front.  Perfect condition 

Material : feels like a cotton/ poly blend, no composition label to be sure.
